It's most obvious when you are peaking constantly around a corner or opening and closing doors since you are breaking that line of sight allowing zeds to spawn and then quickly regaining that line of sight to catch the poppin. Zeds spawn in fixed locations, those locations are active when the spawn doesn't have line of sight of the players - nothing to do with player FoV. But not everybody is Firebug, and it screws over a lot of players simply because of bad luck. It is not a matter of player skill or the fact that it is HOE or Suicidal, since you can avoid most problems this causes by playing Firebug. There is a thread or several quite literally every week now it seems, they should really look into it. ![]() Even worse when 1 of them is replaced by an EDAR Trapper Spawn (because that is logical right?). It isn't good to have things like a 4 Husk Squad spawn on Sui+ where you don't have any other exits or options for escape. ![]() It's a challenge to make sure you beat the zeds to an open area, it's not a challenge if they just spawn at the area. Instead of making that and other areas outside the map nearby or even the vents, there is a spawn volume (actually 2) inside the bus tunnel. There is a white truck that zeds spawn close to and drop on top of outside the Bus Tunnel on Nuked. For example, on Nuked, there are many entrances and out of bounds locations for zeds to spawn that still have close access to playable areas, which would help for moving around the map but simply punish players for not moving fast enough before enemies get there.
